Supported countries and currencies on OrbTattoo
OrbTattoo operates exclusively within the United States, providing a user-friendly booking platform tailored to the needs of artists and clients nationwide. We currently only accept USD as the primary currency for straightforward transactions.
However, we’re actively exploring expansion into other countries to bring Orb’s tools to a wider audience—stay tuned for future updates!

How much does OrbTattoo cost?
OrbTattoo is free for verified tattoo artists. Unlike many other platforms, we do not charge a subscription fee and do not charge artists for any of the functionality offered on our platform. Please use the "Contact Us" form for more information and we will be in touch!

We have partnered with Stripe to provide payment capabilities. As a result, we have enabled the following payment methods:
Credit Card: Stripe will process all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
ACH Debit: Direct deposit from bank accounts

Do you have an app?
We are working on an iOS and Android application, but we currently are web-based. Join our artist community to receive news and updates about the app release coming soon!

If it's free, how does Orb make money?
Instead of monthly fees or subscriptions, a small service fee is applied to each client payment. This fee is covered by the client and is clearly itemized at checkout, ensuring full transparency—clients always see the exact amount they are paying before confirming their booking.
This fee helps cover essential costs such as:
- Secure payment processing
- Platform upkeep and continuous improvements
As an artist, you always receive the full amount you set for your services, with no deductions. All transactions and charges can be easily tracked in your dashboard for complete visibility.

Once logged in, navigate to the artist’s profile you’re interested in and follow the prompts to submit a booking request. The platform will guide you through selecting your preferred date, time, and any required details. It’s fast, easy, and keeps everything organized in one place.

Are all artists verified on OrbTattoo?
Yes. All artists pass our verification process including licensing and registration confirmation before they can post and accept appointments on OrbTattoo. If you book with an artist through OrbTattoo, you can do so with the peace of mind that the artist you are communicating with will be the artist that will be tattooing you.
